Our Management and Maintenance personel have worked and lived on property for over 10 years and take pride in helping every resident feel at home. Many of our units offer nice size patios for BBQing, gardening or just having room to let the dog roam.

Shannon Conklin - Resident Manager Shannon has been with us since 8/01, but has been with the property since 8/98. She has worked in property management for over 15 years and keeps herself up to date on current law changes and advances in the industry. Shannon is very friendly, but professional and prides herself on her customer service.
Randy Lynn - Maintenance Staff Randy has been with us since 8/01 and has lived on property since 1993. He is a native San Diegan and a jack of all trades. He prides himself on great workmanship and getting the job done right the first time.
